Book Review Policy

Being an avid reader and a cricket enthusiast, I felt there was a dire need for a platform that showcases cricket literature in various forms - stories, poems, anecdotes, book reviews and much more. Hence, Cricket Field Chronicles was born.

If you are an author or publisher interested in sending me a book for review, I will be happy to consider your request and cover your work. Please read the following information explaining my preferences and terms and conditions.

Preferred Genre

I am open to reading and reviewing all types of cricket related books - fiction, non-fiction, biographies and autobiographies.

Formats Accepted for reviews

I accept paperbacks and hardcovers.

Time-Frame

Kindly provide a minimum of 4-6 weeks to read and review the book. In certain situations, it might take longer if I already have overwhelming review copies.

Review Policy

1. There will be a charge for reviewing books and the amount will be accepted in advance.

2. My reviews are unbiased and free of influence. Do not approach me to review your book if you are not open to honest criticism.

3. Any critique in the review is only directed towards the book and not the respective author.

4. I post reviews on multiple platforms including the CFC Website, Goodreads, X, Amazon and Instagram.

5. I am open to organizing giveaways and author interviews as well. There will be a separate charge for that.
